The Plant
The new high speed line was installed in April 2004 to cope with increasing demands from our customer base and sales forecasts that highlighted a need to have the capacity to produce
80 – 100 million bottles a year.

The new production line, parts and equipment was supplied by the Italian company ‘Berchi’. The line has a maximum output of 25,000 bottles an hour and has the flexibility to produce on various bottle sizes and shapes.
